Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, mix one serving (one level scoop) of Pure Steel Creatine Monohydrate with 6-8 oz. of cold water or your favorite sports drink such as Steel Fuel^®. Stir or shake well and consume either less than an hour before training or immediately after a workout. Be sure to properly hydrate and consume ample amounts of water while taking this product.

Note: There is evidence that taking Creatine with carbohydrates and/or protein yields synergistic effects that boost the amount of Creatine available to the muscles. Avoid taking Creatine simultaneously as caffeine as there is evidence that it makes it less effective.
