SECOND EDITION
Welcome
The 2026 NPC Worldwide G’s Posedown 011 Natural Regional Qualifier, proudly brought to you by Champagne Productions, marks a major milestone for natural bodybuilding in South Africa. This prestigious event is the first NPC Worldwide Natural contest to be hosted in Johannesburg (011) and the second NPC Worldwide Natural competition on the African continent.
As an official qualifier for the NPC Worldwide World Championships at Jim Manion’s Pittsburgh Power & Fitness Festival in 2027, the contest offers elite athletes the opportunity to qualify for international representation. The Top 3 competitors in each division will earn the honour of representing Team South Africa on the world stage.
NPC Worldwide South Africa continues to set the benchmark for integrity in the sport, remaining the only organisation in the country whose athletes have achieved a 100% negative pass rate in drug testing to date. This event underscores our commitment to fair play, clean sport, and the highest standards of natural bodybuilding.
G’s Posedown 011 is more than a competition — it is a celebration of discipline, transparency, and excellence in natural bodybuilding.
This Natural Regional Qualifier contest is open to all amateur athletes worldwide, regardless of federation affiliation. Competitors will receive Regional Status, which will allow them to compete at a Natural Pro Qualifier.
The only contests the IFBB Professional League recognizes for Professional Status are the Pro Qualifiers officially associated with the IFBB Professional League; no other contests will be acknowledged.
IFBB Professional League Pro Qualifiers are the only pathway to competing on the IFBB Professional League stage, including the Olympia.
In addition, leading companies in the bodybuilding and fitness sector will have the opportunity to showcase their latest products and innovations at the EXPO, which will take place at the Silverstar Centre concurrently with the competition.

- CROSSOVERS
| For contests with 3 classes: | |
| Class A | Up to & incl 5' 4" (163 cm) |
| Class B | Up to & incl 5' 6" (168 cm) |
| Class C | Over 5' 6" (168 cm) |
CRITERIA FOR JUDGING FIT MODEL PHYSIQUES:
- Condition
- Symmetry and Balance
- Presentation (Posing)
- Muscularity
FIT MODEL COMPETITORS SHOULD DISPLAY:
- A foundation of muscle that gives shape to the female body; however, the amount of muscle should be less than what is seen in Bikini.
- This means the amount of muscle in the legs, glutes, arms, and delts should be less than is currently seen in the Bikini division.
- You should have full glutes with no visible tie-in area. However, the glutes should be firm during the model walk to the back of the stage and during pose transitions.
- You should have a slight roundness to the delts but no capped delts.
- You should have a core that is in shape but not too conditioned or lean.
- Your overall conditioning should be less than is currently seen in the Bikini division; however, it could easily grace the cover of a mainstream fitness magazine.
- The combination of hair, tan, makeup, and suit should enhance the overall presentation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN POSING:
Front Pose:
- one leg should be in front of the other with the hips slightly tilted.
- A balanced upper-to-lower body with a base of muscle. No body part should overpower another.
- There should not be any separation showing in the shoulders, arms, or legs.
- The core should be flat but not too detailed or separated.
Back Pose:
- Same as the Bikini back pose.
- Overall balance between glutes and legs.
- Glutes should be firm when moving or walking but there should not be any visible tie-in.
- The hamstrings should not show any separation.
Competition suit criteria:
- Suit must be one plain color (material must be Spandex or Metallic – no other material is permitted).
- No bling is allowed on the suit (no stones, crystals, sequins, or beads).
- No connectors are allowed on the suit.
- Must have moderate coverage on bikini bottom in the front and 50% coverage in the back of the suit. A Scrunch Back is allowed for the Bikini Bottom as long as it has 50% coverage.
- No “Ties” on the sides of the bikinis.
- Competitors will compete in a two-piece suit.
- The bottom front of the suit should not be a sharp “V” in shape. It should be slightly rounded.
- No Thongs are permitted.
- Competitors can compete in an off-the-rack suit. All swimsuits must be in good taste.
Competitors will be warned about improper suits and are advised to bring two (2) suits to check in. If the front of the suit(s) bottoms is too low and the judges deem them so at check-in, then the suit must be constructed higher, otherwise the competitor will be scored down if the suit is not up to standard. If the judges deem your suit does not to conform to the rules and /or is inappropriate, then you will be directed to leave the stage and disqualified. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Competitors are prohibited from presenting themselves in any sort of a vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent, lewd, lascivious, repugnant, shocking, or offensive manner, as determined by the event promoter and/or one or more of the event judges in their sole and absolute discretion. Competitors unequivocally agree to accept the decisions of event promoters and/or event judges in this regard. If a competitor is not willing to unequivocally agree to accept the decisions of event promoters and/or event judges in this regard, the competitor should not register to compete in any events.
*Note: NPC Worldwide has not authorized or granted the license, authority, or exclusivity to any competition suit company or designer to be their official suit maker and to advertise their suits as an official or approved cut. There has never been an official or approved “Pro Cut Bikini” for any division! Suit makers incorrectly coined that term.
Presentation
- Competitors will walk onstage alone and perform their front and back poses.
- The whole presentation will consist of the following:
- Walk to the center of the stage, stop, and do a front stance. Then do a full turn and do a back stance. Then turn to the front and face the judges. When directed, proceed to the side of the stage.
- Do not stop to hit a “transition pose” as it will not be judged. Lewd acts are prohibited, such as touching your body with your hands, among other poses.
- The length of time allowed to perform this presentation is ten (10) seconds. If you exceed the allotted time, you will be told “Time”. You must immediately stop your presentation and proceed to the side of the stage.
- *Note: We do not want to see a “T-Walk” presentation. When your name is called, proceed straight to the marked box in the center of the stage.
Comparison Round (two-piece swimsuit)
- Competitors will be judged wearing a two-piece swimsuit and high heels.
- Competitors will be brought back onstage in a group and will be directed to do a full front and back stance.
- Judges will have the opportunity to compare competitors against each other in the front pose and back pose.
- Competitors may be asked as a group to perform a model walk to a line at the back of the stage, stop, then directed to face the front and walk back to the front comparison line. This will be at the discretion of the judging panel and may not occur at every contest.
In NPC Worldwide competitions, you cannot cross over from the Bikini division, or any other women’s division, to Fit Model in the same contest. You can enter a contest in the Bikini division and, in your next competition, enter in the Fit Model division to find out which division is best for you. The only crossovers that will be permitted will be within the Fit Model division. For example, a competitor may enter in all of the following Fit Model classes that would apply to them: True Novice, Novice, Junior, Masters, and Open.
